Rooms

Volunteers working at Mnarani Aquarium will stay at the Aquarium Beach House, which has just recently finished construction. The Aquarium Beach House, as its name already suggests, is located right next to the Aquarium. All rooms are outfitted with beds, mosquito nets, storage space and a bathroom with a shower. There are also fans or air conditioning in every room, to give you the opportunity to cool down on hot days.

Food

Food is provided by Nungwi Seafoods Restaurant, which lies right next to the Aquarium Beach House and borders the beautiful beach of Nungwi. The food is inspired by the traditional Zanzibar cuisine, offering you culinary insights into Zanzibars unique culture. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are included in your stay as a volunteer, so you won’t have to worry about buying and preparing your meals. If you have any dietary preferences, we will make sure that your meals fit your preferences.
